As a speech therapist with more than twenty-five years of experience working with children in schools, early intervention, clinics and homes Michele brings her dynamic energy and a unique perspective to the evaluation and treatment of her clients. Michele is RDI, Prompt, Floor Time, and Socially Thinking trained. Michele draws from evidence based practice and professional experience to design a therapy plan unique to your child and family. Michele’s philosophy is to treat the whole child and incorporates play development, social development, yoga, nutrition, oral motor skill development, sensory integration and motor planning when designing a treatment plan.
Michele has lived in southern CT for twenty years. She has two grown children; one a recent college graduate and one a sophomore in college. Michel continues her love of learning with her affiliation with Sacred Heart University as a graduate clinical supervisor. When she is not working Michele enjoys being with her family, hiking, yoga, traveling, Netflix, reading and cooking.
